Questions and Answers

Q: Do you have a habit you would really like to break? Why?
A: Yes, I would like to break my habit of going to bed very late. It makes me tired the next day and I can’t focus well at work.

Q: What bad habits do people often develop when using their phones?
A: People often scroll on social media for too long, check messages all the time, and waste their free time instead of relaxing. Many people also use their phones during meals, which is not healthy.

Q: How much screen time do you usually have during the day? Is it too much?
A: I usually have around six or seven hours of screen time. I think it’s too much, especially in the evening, so I’m trying to reduce it.

Q: What do you usually do after meals? Do you have a habit of eating something sweet?
A: After lunch or dinner, I often want something sweet. I have a habit of eating a piece of chocolate or a small dessert. I know it’s not healthy, but it makes me happy.

Q: What new habit would you like to start next year?
A: I would like to start reading for at least 15 minutes every night instead of scrolling on my phone. I think it would help me relax and sleep better.

Q: What bad habit from your childhood have you managed to break?
A: I used to bite my nails when I was nervous, but I finally broke the habit when I was a teenager. I realized it didn’t look nice and wasn’t healthy.

Q: Do you think people can change easily, or does it take a long time to turn over a new leaf?
A: I think people can change, but it usually takes time and motivation. If someone really wants to turn over a new leaf, they can do it, but they need patience and consistency.
