Q: What do you do to relax?
A: I read, make some crafts, cook, or go out into nature.

Q: Where is your favourite place to relax?
A: In my living room or outside in nature.

Q: Do you prefer relaxing alone or with other people?
A: Mostly alone, but sometimes it’s nice to relax with someone else.

Q: What makes you feel stressed?
A: To be honest, not much. I’m mostly stressed when there are too many strangers around me.

Q: How do you switch off after a busy day?
A: I take a shower, put on some music, cook something nice, and then watch a documentary.

Q:Is it easy or difficult for you to relax?
A: Now it is quite easy, but it wasn’t always like that.

Q: Why is relaxing important, in your opinion?
A: Because when you relax your body, you also need to switch off your brain, otherwise it might get overwhelmed.
