To give away the ending – prezradiť koniec

“Oh, I’m so sorry. I just gave away the ending, didn’t I?”

To move on (from a relationship) – posunúť sa ďalej (zo vzťahu)

Silver lining – svetlá stránka (niečo pozitívne v zlej situácii)

To crack a code – rozlúštiť kód / pochopiť niečo zložité

To hit rock bottom – padnúť na úplné dno

“When I saw him get off that plane with her, I really thought I hit rock bottom”

To take advantage of someone – zneužiť niekoho

“Joey’s tailor…took advantage of me.”
