Reading – Anna’s Weekend

Anna lives in a small town near a lake. On Saturday morning she gets up early. She has breakfast in the kitchen and helps her mother. Then she goes to the market and buys some vegetables and fruit. In the afternoon, Anna meets her friend in the park. They sit on a bench, talk, and eat ice cream. There are ducks in the lake and children playing nearby. In the evening, Anna stays at home. She draws pictures with her little brother. It’s a quiet, happy weekend.
