📘 1. Grammar: Present Perfect Continuous

Form: have/has + been + -ing
Used for activities that started in the past and continue to now OR have a present result.

When we use it:
• Ongoing activities – I’ve been hiking more this year.
• Duration – She has been walking for two hours.
• Recent activity with a current result – I’m tired because I’ve been climbing all morning.

Compare:
Present Perfect (result): I’ve climbed three peaks this month.
Present Perfect Continuous (activity): I’ve been climbing all day.
